Staff workflow packets, teacher training modules, and competency rubrics exist, but no production staff accounts, live sessions, teacher signoffs, live LMS data, assigned operations owners, monitoring, support channel, or restore drill has passed. Keep all staff workflows in rehearsal until backend, identity, authorization, audit, mobile, authority, support, and operational rehearsal evidence is complete.
