Mobile LMS Test Matrix

Public-safe operator view of the authenticated phone-first test matrix required before the academy LMS can open classes. It covers the full LMS surface, not only the Royal library preview: login, courses, enrollment, quizzes, exams, gradebook, progress, teacher/admin/reviewer workflows, privacy, audit, backup, security, and review gates.

Live execution remains blocked until backend, identity, staging, synthetic test fixtures, and human review gates exist.
